Our MSPs

Managed Service Providers differ from our retail store providers in that the FreshStart service is typically being performed at the customer site, and at prices much higher than our average retail store price of $150. The average per unit onsite charge is between $250 and $300.
MSPs also differ in the fact that there is an ongoing cost benefit to their business in convincing customers to FreshStart versus replacing their current PCs. A FreshStarted PC ends up with a new SSD, clean new software loads and is 100% malware and bloatware free. The added performance and security that this delivers not only makes the customer happy, but just as important to your business, it reduces the prospects of that PC generating a trouble call that you or your team will need to respond to in the months ahead.
The money that you can save the customer in premature PC replacement costs can create the opportunity for you to propose using those lifecycle cost savings for the purchase of other products and services that will improve the business’s cybersecurity profile and systems performance.
Most MSPs purchase and pre-image the replacement SSDs prior to going on site. They also typically can do several FreshStart services simultaneously by simply bringing additional SATA to USB Drive docks or cables with them. This reduces labor costs and time on site

    FreshStart service is offered most often as an alternative to new PC purchase for customers with undamaged but older model PCs that have either hard drive issues, software issues or both. Pricing for this service, including a 250GB new replacement SSD is usually around $150 and delivers a $100 per service profit.     A StartFresh Service is often the alternative service offered as a result of damage to the hard drive or a ransomware infection. The service, however, is also offered directly to customers who simply want to “start over” with a new SSD installation and no data transfer from the old drive. We have several customers who also use our StartFresh WIM images to set up new PCs being built or to eliminate existing bloatware and add desirable tools to PCs purchased from retailers.     For customers with damaged or really old PCs that make no financial sense to fix, we offer the New PC setup and data transfer service. This service involves the removal and reimaging of the new PC drive that they purchase as well as the removal of the drive from their old PC.
